Selected information can be recorded on the blockchain to strengthen digital product certification
and the attribution of recorded events. This adds value to data about authenticity, origin and significant supply chain stages.
Integration with CM-Suite
CM-Blockchain can work with
CM-Suite, linking blockchain records to master data, products and processes already managed in CIS & MET software. Products can also be identified through tags and linked to business information already in the system.

2016 - Proof of Work
CM-Blockchain began in 2016 with a blockchain based on

2019 - Proof of Stake
In 2019, CM-Blockchain switched to
Proof of Stake (PoS), significantly reducing energy consumption and increasing scalability. The previous page describes CM-Blockchain as running on four different nodes with more than 3 million archived blocks.
