Planning

The planning module manages Production Ordersand allocates Resources, Machines and Materials. Integration with ERP systems alongside CM-Suite enables complete synchronisation. It can use predictive algorithms to optimise timing and simulate scenarios. The system supports multiple plants and provides aggregate or detailed views of production capacity.

Execution

At the heart of the system is the MESmodule, monitoring production progress in real time. Every operation can be tracked by batch or serial number, with automatic or manual cycle time recording. Workstations can use RFID, QR codes, touchscreens or mobile terminals. The system also manages Setup and Changeovers, monitoring scrap, line downtime and exceptions.

Quality

Quality management supports Sample Checks, checks at Cycle Start/End or on Specific Parameters, with non-conformities recorded at the data capture point. The system can trigger Rework or Holds automatically for products. Control plans are flexible and configurable, including for ISO or IATF requirements. Internal audits are traceable and integrated into the system.

Actual Performance Reporting

Actual performance reporting provides a detailed report on times, quantities produced, scrap and performance by operator, machine and shift. Data is aggregated into KPI Dashboards and can be exported or sent via API to the ERP system. The system calculates OEE efficiency, downtime, and actual costs of production, helping identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
