CM-Logistica's receiving workflow includes Automatic Document Imports from customers and generation of goods receipts. The technical specifications inItem Master Data support detailed information while keeping unnecessary fields out of the way. It also supports Processing Operations based on Bills of Materials or Configurators provided internally or externally. Receiving, whether automatic or through dedicated scanners (supporting RFID, NFC, Voice, QR code, Barcode, DataMatrix), optimises and simplifies the entire inbound workflow. It also supports Production with related Planning and control through MES.

Storage

CM-Logistica's storage workflow offers guidance or lets users work independently. It manages Zones, Areas and Priority Rules, while Mapping of the warehouse enablesAutomatic Route Optimisationusing dynamic or static methods. Management of Batches and Expiry Dates can follow forecast-based rules or reactive events, according to preferences. Quality Control includes detailed steps and checks that may lead to rework or, in extreme cases, Stock Holds and Quarantines. TheDynamic Inventory uses strict but optimised rules to simplify operators' work. All Rules are flexible and/or parameter-driven. Management of Replenishment Stock is optimised and automated according to customer settings.

Picking

CM-Logistica's picking workflow allowsAutomatic Import of customer documents and generation of goods issues. Orders are handled by an Advanced Planner that analyses all Availability before organising Picking. Picking methods range from single orders to Batch Pickingwith options for Put-to-Order or Sorting. Picking rules also apply to Automated Warehouses. The main tag technologies managed through Scanner and other tools include RFID, NFC, Voice, QR code, Barcode, DataMatrix.

Shipping

CM-Logistica's shipping workflow includes Vehicle Loading and selection of the Best Carrier. You can optimise the Delivery Routewith or without a company-owned Fleet equipped with GPS . The Automatic Communications to customers provide all relevant information, including Tracking. The entire cycle of Invoicingis covered, both Sales and Purchase, with generation of the related XML. The Accounting system is integrated or connectable through API or exchanges of Files.
