CM-Spedizioni's quotation workflow begins with entry of a Request for service by an operator or customer through CM-WebSuite (the web portal of Cis&Met). CM-Spedizioni can provide an Automatic Quotation or wait for operator confirmation. Upon Confirmation of theProposal the system creates the Shipment Automatically and sends automatic customer confirmations through (Email, Files, SMS, RCS, APIs). Through its Internal CRM CM-Spedizioni records quotation progress and related Statuses, such as Confirmations or Rejections with notes.

Planning

CM-Spedizioni lists Shipments by day and Suggests possible Combinations to optimise Planning. The algorithm optimises the matching of Fleet and Resourceswith available shipments, updated according to road traffic. Once assignment to the Carrier is confirmed, automatic partner confirmations are sent through (Email, Files, SMS, RCS, APIs), alongside CM-WebSuite access that allows the carrier partner and customer to monitor shipping stages and arrival times. CM-Spedizioni manages Constraints and Alerts to support staff in everyday activities. Users can Schedule Routesfor collections and deliveries automatically and on a recurring basis.

CM-Spedizioni supports Quick Entry and Full Entry through parameters designed to assist operators. Alongside local entry or CM-WebSuite, it supports Automatic Imports through APIs or Files. It supports unlimited Goods Types, Accessories, Resources, References and Standard Notes. The Automatic Calculation of Charges for sales and purchases can use Tariffs or flat rates, keeping Costs and Profitabilityunder control. CM-Portable confirms delivery outcomes by recording Events and Documents.

CM-Logistica's shipping workflow includes Vehicle Loading and selection of the Best Carrier. You can optimise the Delivery Routewith or without a company-owned Fleet equipped with GPS . The Automatic Communications to customers provide all relevant information, including Tracking. The entire cycle of Invoicingis covered, both Sales and Purchase, with generation of the related XML. The Accounting system is integrated or connectable through API or exchanges of Files. CM-Spedizioni and CM-WebSuite support complete shipment visibility. Geolocation of the Fleet through GPS communicates all progress to the Control Tower. Critical Events or Delays are reported on the Control Tower to enable prompt intervention.
